Rules Regarding Payment of fee
The dates for the payment of fee are as under:

July to September - Up to 15th July
October to December - Up to 15th October
January to March - Up to 15thJanuary
A FINE OF Rs.50/- PER WEEK WILL BE CHARGED IF THE FEE IS DEPOSITED AFTER THE ABOVE-MENTIONED DATES.
(1.) Payment of fee by cheque shall be accepted up to 15th of each month in which the payment falls due, thereafter the payment will be accepted only in cash (with due fine).
(2.) If the fee remains unpaid for three consecutive months, the name of the students will be struck off permanently. However, if the principal allows, he/she may be granted fresh admission after clearing all their dues including New Admission Fee which may be applicable at that time, shall be charged.
(3.) If the fee remains unpaid for the Last quarter up to 28th February , the name of the students will be struck off from the roll and readmission may be granted only if allowed by the Principal , after a payment of RS.1000/- as RE-ADMISSION FEE, in addition to the payment of fine as mentioned above in clause 3.
(4.) Transfer certificate will be issued only after all dues to the school have been cleared.
(5.) The dates of presentation on of the cheque will be treated as date of payment provided the cheque is not dishonoured. Fine of Rs.500/-will be charged if the cheque is returned due to any reason.
(6.) All cheques returned by the bank will be treated under the category of non-payment of fee.
(7.) IN CASE OF PAYMENT THROUGH CHEQUE PLEASE WRITE NAME. CLASS AND SECTION OF STUDENT ON THE BACK OF THE CHEQUE.
(8.) A notice of withdrawal of a student from the school must be given by Parents at least two months before the commencement of the next term. Failure to give this mandatory notice, fee for the next term will be charged.
(9.) No reduction in fee will be made for continued absence on any ground.
(10.) If a pupil loses his/her pay-in-slip book he/she will be charged Rs. 50/- for a new book.
The school does not provide or engage any Transport Service & arrangement of transportation of students is to be made by parents at their own risk.
